Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

If we are able to re-let the dates of your cancelled booking, we will issue a refund minus any administrative and practical costs incurred (e.g. re-listing, payment processing, and communication time). The amount refunded will depend on the actual costs associated with re-letting your booking.

If we are unable to re-let the dates, unfortunately, no refund will be given.

We recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

The owners of Lynton Lodge Studios cannot be held responsible for any theft or personal injury. Keswick is an incredibly safe area, but we strongly advise that guests must keep accommodation and cars locked. 

We pride ourselves in our cleanliness, therefore if you wish to smoke or vape on site we ask that you do so in a respectful manner outside your studio. In addition to this, we operate a zero tolerance policy in regard to guests bringing pets. 

Whilst staying in Lynton Lodge Studios we expect consideration to other guests and ourselves. When vacating your studio we would appreciate you leaving it clean and tidy as when you arrived. Failure to comply with this may result in additional charges.

Introduction

Lynton Lodge Studio is ground floor self-catering accommodation.  The Catbells studio has three steps which take you to a raised patio area and the studio is accessed through outward opening double patio doors.  Once inside the studio everything is on the same level, spacious en-suite has toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

We request you park in the bay designated by a sign with your studio’s name.

Distance to accommodation from driveway approx. 15m, three steps (depth 19cm and width 133cm)

Skiddaw studio details as Catbells other than entrance, it has :

Two sliding patio doors, distance from driveway (approx) two meters, two stone steps to the entrance, it has a small fenced seating area outside.
 
• Outside lighting will come on automatically  
• The driveway’s surface is slate chippings making it slightly uneven
